John Galt named among “Best Staffing Firms to Work For”
SIA ANNOUNCES 2022 BEST STAFFING FIRMS TO WORK FOR WINNERS
The 2022 Best Staffing Firms to Work For list was released Wednesday by Staffing Industry Analysts during the Executive Forum North America conference taking place in Austin, Texas.
“Congratulations to all of the Best Staffing Firm winners for an excellent job in a challenging environment,” said Barry Asin, president of Staffing Industry Analysts. “As we have seen time and again, building a high-performing culture is critical to the long-term success of staffing firms. These firms have demonstrated the ability to develop and maintain a strong and positive culture where employees can do their best work.”
Winners of the Best Staffing Firms to Work For are categorized based on location and number of internal employees — five in North America, two in the UK and one in Ireland. Each group comprises a grand prize winner followed by the other winners in the category, listed alphabetically. There is an additional category for “Best Staffing Firms to Temp For” in North America based on external worker feedback.
The program was conducted by SIA in conjunction with Quantum Workplace, an Omaha, Nebraska-based company.
Internal employees at each firm were asked to complete an online survey that measured key engagement categories, focusing on items including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, diversity and inclusion, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.
This year’s list was sponsored by Sense.
