Shaping the Future of Tech, Talent and Work
We are proud to announce that Bob Siemering, Executive Chairman at John Galt Staffing, has been elected as a new director to the TechServe Alliance Board of Directors for a two-year term. The election took place during the 2025 Executive Summit held recently in Marco Island, Florida.
TechServe Alliance is the premier trade association representing the IT and engineering staffing and solutions industry. Bob joins a distinguished slate of officers and directors for 2026, including Chair Joel Leege and President Kip Wright, who are tasked with guiding the industry through a pivotal era.
WHY THIS MATTERS NOW
The staffing industry is currently navigating a period of tremendous change. As noted during the recent Executive Summit, we are facing an environment defined by upheaval, where leaders must determine if current market conditions represent a temporary cyclical shift or a permanent structural transformation.
TechServe Alliance CEO Mark Roberts emphasized the importance of this incoming board, stating, “Our board is composed of industry leaders from around the country who bring insight, vision and an abiding commitment to advancing the success of our members and stakeholders”.
Bob’s presence on the board places John Galt Staffing at the forefront of the conversations shaping the future of work. Here is how this leadership role translates to value for our network:
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR OUR CUSTOMERS (CLIENTS)
- Strategic Workforce Advisory: As a board member, Siemering will be at the forefront of the challenges and opportunities facing the future of tech, talent and work in a rapidly changing economy. This ensures John Galt Staffing can offer clients forward-looking advice helping to plan their workforce needs more accurately.
- Navigating the AI Revolution: With the industry focused on how AI is rewriting skills, structures, and hiring strategies, Siemering’s direct involvement in these high-level discussions allows John Galt to better guide clients on balancing AI efficiency with human connection and adopting automation practically.
- Risk Mitigation and Compliance: Through TechServe’s focus on legal and legislative updates, we gain real-time access to resources designed to minimize risks regarding worker classification and compliance, ensuring our partners are protected in a complex regulatory environment.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR OUR CONTRACTORS (TALENT)
- Access to Emerging Opportunities: By helping guide the industry through challenges and opportunities, Siemering gains early insight into where demand is shifting, particularly regarding the IT workforce of 2026. This allows John Galt to better prepare its contractors with the skills and roles that will remain relevant in an AI-driven market.
- Stability and Best Practices: The board is tasked with advancing the success of stakeholders and promoting fair business practices. Contractors benefit from working with a firm deeply embedded in a culture of knowledge sharing and operational excellence, which can translate to better placement support and administrative stability.
- Enhanced Support Services: Membership provides John Galt with deeper access to TechServe’s business services, which include health and benefit programs specifically designed for IT staffing firms. This allows the firm to potentially offer more robust support structures to its contract workforce.
We are thrilled to have Bob represent John Galt Staffing on the national stage. His election reinforces our commitment not just to participating in the IT and engineering staffing industry, but providing its customers and contractors with the security of a partner who is defining the future of IT staffing rather than just reacting to it.
